曾聯波，男，漢族，湖南省沅江市人，二級教授，博士生導師，石大領軍學者，北京大學兼職教授。主要研究方向：（1）多尺度裂縫形成、分布及預測技術；（2）復雜油氣儲層成儲理論與方法；（3）儲層地質力學評價與預測。負責國家自然科學基金重點與面上項目、國家科技重大專項和三大石油公司科技攻關項目60余項，在復雜油氣儲層成儲地質理論與地質-測井-地震-機器學習相結合的評價預測特色技術方面取得系統性和原創性成果，在我國主要油氣田和海外推廣應用，成效顯著。研究成果發表學術論文300多篇，其中第一作者90多篇，通訊作者130多篇，出版專著6部；授權發明專利35項，登記計算機軟件著作權17項；獲省部級以上科技獎勵19項，其中作為第一完成人獲國家科技進步二等獎1項、省部級一等獎5項、十大地質科技進展1項。入選國家和省部級人才支持計劃，獲中華人民共和國成立70周年紀念章、全國石油和化工行業優秀科技工作者等榮譽。自2020年以來連續入選中國高被引學者、中國高貢獻學者和全球前2%頂尖科學家榜單。任《Petroleum Science》、《石油學報》、《石油勘探與開發》等期刊副主編或編委，多個省部級重點實驗室學術委員會主任或學術委員。
