Application to Enter the university for International Students in China
1. New international students in low-risk areas in Beijing should not go to medium-high risk areas in Beijing. They should do personal protection and health monitoring. They should submit screenshots of their health green code and itinerary green code on the accommodation booking interface of the application system before August 27th and complete the application for entry into the university and accommodation booking.
2. New international students in medium-high risk areas in Beijing should strictly implement local epidemic prevention and control measures. After the area where they are located has been changed to a low-risk area, they should submit their negative nucleic acid test scan within 48 hours, health code screenshots, and travel code screenshots through the application system's accommodation reservation interface for access control application and accommodation reservation.
3. New international students in low-risk areas outside Beijing are required to submit a scan of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, screenshots of a green health code and a green travel code through the application system's accommodation booking interface before August 27 to apply for entry into the university and accommodation booking.
4. New international students who are in other parts of China outside Beijing that are of medium-high risk or have a history of travel and residence in such areas within 14 days should postpone their registration in Beijing. After their area has been reduced to low-risk areas, they should conduct health monitoring for 14 days before coming to Beijing. After the health monitoring is completed, they can come to Beijing. However, a negative nucleic acid test certificate issued within 48 hours prior to departure is required. And another nucleic acid test shall be conducted once they are in Beijing. If the two test results are negative, the scanned copies of the negative nucleic acid test certificates, the screenshots of the health green code, and the screenshots of the travel green code shall be submitted through the accommodation reservation interface of the registration system to apply for entry into the university and accommodation booking.
5. New international students located outside Beijing who are located in a city that is a medium-high risk but not in the district classified as a medium-high risk area ( for example In Jing 'an District, Shanghai,) shall undergo health monitoring for 14 days before coming to Beijing. After the completion of health monitoring, they can come to Beijing with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before departure. On the day of arrival in Beijing, the nucleic acid test shall be conducted again. If the test result is negative, the scanned copy of the negative nucleic acid test certificate, screenshots of the health green code, and travel green code shall be submitted through the application system's accommodation reservation interface to apply for entry into the university and accommodation booking.
Notes:
1. The registration time for international freshmen in our school is from August 31st to September 3rd. Please register on time. If you arrive in Beijing in advance or do not meet the requirements for entry into the university due to the failure to submit the nucleic acid test results or any other reason, you need to solve the accommodation problem off-campus by yourself before being allowed to enter the university.
2. New students need to check the approval result of the entrance and accommodation application in the system. If a new student does not apply for permission for entry into the university through the system in advance or does not receive the result of approval from the university after applying, he/she will not be allowed to enter the campus temporarily.
3. Freshmen should submit real and effective health codes, travel code, and nucleic acid testing certificate materials. If the materials are expired or forged, the university will not admit them. If the counterfeiters violate the epidemic prevention and control laws and regulations through fraud, students will be held responsible.
4. The university will process the application for accommodation reservation submitted by the new students in accordance with relevant regulations, and arrange accommodation for the new students according to the actual situation after they complete the registration procedure. New students are not allowed to change rooms by themselves. If they really need to apply for changing rooms, they should follow the relevant regulations. They can apply for changing rooms at most once per academic year. New students may also choose to live off-campus at the time of reservation.
5. The university will assist the new students to apply for visa after they complete the registration procedure.
