In order to strengthen mutual understanding and friendship between the Chinese and people around the world and promote China’s exchange and cooperation with other countries in various fields, the Chinese government sets up scholarships for talented students and scholars to pursue higher education or conduct research in Chinese universities.
Since the establishment of the China Scholarship Council (CSC) in 1996, it has been entrusted by China's Ministry of Education to be responsible for the admission, enrollment and administration of Chinese Government Scholarship recipients.
For more than 20 years, CSC has provided support and services for more than 200,000 international students from 196 countries around the world to study in China, including you.
