The 2nd National Petroleum University Exhibition of Oil Cultural Works
This year the China Petroleum Engineering Design Competition decided to hold the second National Petroleum University collection of oil works. China University of Petroleum (Beijing) Organizing Committee will hold this competition on March 8th to April 15th, 2018. After the competition they will select outstanding works to participate in the national competition.

Work requirements
Works are divided into textual works and non-literary works. The content must revolve around the above topics. The specific requirements are as follows:
(1) Any type of text works
1. Content of the work: The organizers, volunteers, and contestants of the contest participated in the perception and experience of the contest; teachers and students learned about the petroleum spirit and petroleum culture.
2. The work requires clear themes, novel ideas, real feelings, positive content, smooth text and clear logic.
3. The number of words (except poetry genres) is more than 1,000.
4. The of the article is 小三號黑體. The text is 小四號宋體 and 1.5 line spacing.
5. The article signature at the end of the article, indicating the author's department, name, contact information, email address, unified use of 小四號宋體.
6. Individual authors or multiple authors can be co-authored, and the number of authors in a single article cannot exceed three.
(B) Non-literary works include calligraphy, painting, photography
1. Calligraphic works: Size no more than four feet rice paper (69cm x 138cm).
2. Painting works: Chinese paintings, watercolors/gouache paintings, cartoons, etc., with dimensions no more than half (about 53cm x 76cm).
3. Photographic works: It should be original, and the number should not exceed 6 (the sequence number should be indicated in the group's photo needs). The single-piece work should not be smaller than 2MB. The use of computerized darkroom technology should not be used to alter the original appearance of the photography except for shadow tone processing. The necessary text de ion and explanation for the submitted picture.
Submission method
1. Characters and photographic works together with the application form (see attachment) will be sent to the special mailbox of the contest before April 15, 2018 as attachment: qgsywhzpzj@163.com. E-mail subject format: "Text/Photographic Work - Author Department - Author Name - Article/Photography ".
2. Non-literary works: The painting and calligraphy work will be accompanied by a hard copy registration form before April 13, 2018, and submit to Room 109, Zhongyou Dasha Building (CNPC Building).
