Notice for 2020 CSC Annual Review for Current Students of CUPB
I. Participants
1. Any Student who are under now and will still receive Chinese Government Scholarship in September, 2020.
2. Students(with excellent performance and planning to graduate in June 2020) who are applying for an extension of scholarship.
3. Students who failed CSC annual review last year and is suspend from CSC scholarship this year.
II. Documents needed
1. Form for annual review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status（Appendix1，for all）
2. Supervisor’s Evaluation（Appendix2，only for master and Ph.D students，need to be filled by your supervisor）
3. self-presentation PPT（prepare a PPT and report your study、research、extracurricular activities since September 2019）
III. Deadline
Please complete all the documents and send them by email to cupbcie2020review@163.com before 5:00PM，April23, 2020 (Beijing Time). CSC will cancel the scholarship for those students who failed to attend the annual review on time.
Tips: The e-mail subject should be your student ID+your Chinese name（for example：2011030001愛華）.
