Drilling Engineering
Objectives
The program is designed for students:
(1) To obtain profound and systematic specialized knowledge in drilling, well completion, workover and logging, and establish a solid theoretical foundation for future study and research in the field of Drilling Engineering.
(2) To gain insight into the development and future trend of Drilling Engineering.
(3) To be able to do in-depth mathematical analysis, scientific experiments and multidisciplinary research on engineering problems by comprehensive use of computers, laboratory equipment and field data.
(4) To be trained as senior professional personnel who are capable of teaching in colleges and universities, conducting related scientific research independently and achieving creative outcomes.
